The modified Ignis mask is completed and I took it for a quick spin today. The forum thread which was discussing (well almost) about the modification is located here:
http://wyu.ulmb.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=504&start=0
Simultaneously, I also took the black PVC suit which was inspired by the same black suit which made frequent appearance in Japanese kigurumi cosplays for a spin. The black suit in question is also discussed about in the forum thread located here:
http://wyu.ulmb.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=384&start=0
Its been modified slightly from the few pictures taken the other day with Yu (only the suspender clips actually). The suit is really tight, its hard to put on especially since its got alot of friction with the skin toned zentai. As its also moisture proof, its kinda insulation and making sweat flow in rivulets. Didn't take too long ... hehe rush through the poses and took a fair number of images so that I can pick a small number to put up lol~
The preliminary preview is here, 10 images including the one on top. Hmm well the remaining 20 or so kinda... hehe... offer more fanservice than these 10. Let me know if you want them put up or not ^_^
Hehe, would be nice if you can give me some feedback in the forum topics mentioned. If anyone is interested in getting this black PVC suit for kigurumi cosplay purposes, feel free to contact me too~^_^. Enjoy~

Ignis in brown hair~
Just want to leave a brief update, more will come tomorrow. Gave C2 (Ignis mask model) a hair makeover from green to brown today. I really like to have a brown haired character mask to use and finally managed to get one. Being so versatile does has its benefits ~^_^. The hair style is inspired from a character in the image I posted in the related forum topic, hehe always wanted to have a character with hair curling up at the cheeks. I feel that it makes the face seem slim-er and more sexy~^_<. What do you think of the brown haired Ignis? I can't wait to try it out tomorrow. Stay tuned for updates in testing out the new modified mask.
Another thing I want to mention is, the LINKS page has been repaired partially and is now open for use. Well the links and the auto sort and update features are not yet fully functional, but its at least passable. Hehe apparently, people who added their links into the list are appearing at the top. Well once it becomes fixed it should be able to auto sort. The names of the URLs are also not entered yet. But the reason that the LINKS page can come back up is all thanks to Aya who apparently is a php veteran and he did the entire LINKS page from scratch to this. Do thank him.
If you want to put your link up there, please send me a message. Then visitors will be able to drop by your website through this growing library of links~^_^
Thank you~

Yu in black bunny suit gallery opened~
It has been a really long time indeed. Just as I promised, I will spend my free time to take images of photoshoots taken all this while and yet not added into the gallery and then create and store them in galleries one by one. Did some work today on the gallery and the newest to open is the the black bunny suit gallery, which Yu cosplayed in. This costume dated all the way back in the beginning of the year just before easter. I was planning and making a few props (which turns out to be bunny ears and bunny tails) for an easter photoshoot. You can still read up on this process in this forum thread here:
http://wyu.ulmb.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=257&start=0
The gallery is open now, with the respective Live Chat video also posted in the same page~^_^. There is over 200% increase in the number of pictures which was released the last time around. Yep, there are new images~^_^ One of the largest photo shoot I took. The selected images alone counts 48 excluding some special photos. Who will you like to see in the black bunny suit next? ^_^
With this, I suppose the next gallery I might put up is the white bunny suit gallery. Hopefully I can find enough pictures for that~^_^... I didn't take much.
As for friends wondering about the fabric which I'm going to order... well, I'm waiting for the fabric samples to arrive before finalising the price and the decision whether to buy it. I could PM you the price if you like in the forums~^_^ There hasn't been any activity in that thread as much as I want to get it asap because its the weekend but finally its going to be over. I'm expecing the samples to arrive on Monday (hopefully) and I'll be processing the orders immediately~^_^
Thank you for your patience.

The Kigurumi black suit...(TM)~^_^
For some of you, you may know that there has been a very curious discussion going on in this thread below, about a costume which is becoming commonly seen with kiggers in Japan lol.
http://wyu.ulmb.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=384
It looks really hot... and kinda becoming quite prominent, as if an icon for kigurumi cosplayer (so far in Japan only). Would be nice if we can find out more, yeah, come to think of it, maybe it may raise more interest now that its been mentioned.
I decided to get on of such suits myself and try it, a little like importing an icon and making it appear elsewhere other than its origin for the first time~^_^ Hehe... I recalled that Daza wanted one as well, but wasn't sure how it'll look like. Well, now if anyone wants to join me hehe... I found a place to easily obtain this suit~^_^(I hope I dun get sued for copyright lol). I decided on the separating zipper up front as you can see in picture 3. I think its pretty cool, you can take on and off this suit easily this way, and it has the option to look... special.... on special occasions.
Please write in the thread I linked above to tell me your thoughts on this costume. Even in Japan, there seems to be a few variations of this costume not single-ing any particular one out. I didn't take a proper shoot, I'm not sure how it will turn out in photo yet. So far, Meer and T-fa were reluctant to try out sucha skimpy wear, Ignis is still on hoiday, and therefore, Yu got the honour of taking it for a spin.
So... here it is~^_^ hehe... The kigurumi black suit (tm) ~lol
A second update today. The T-fa mask with green eyes has her hair attached. Check out the results in the related forum thread here:
http://wyu.ulmb.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=475&p=5440#p5440
I have yet styled the hair, expect significant changes to the look of the mask (no I don't mean it getting destroyed) shortly after the mask has been styled. Which is tomorrow~^_^

Samples has arrived.
Today the samples for the fabric which I'm ordering has arrived. I wasn't expecting it so soon, as ... seriously, the online store's service was attrocious. After repeated emails, not a single one was replied and when I asked when the sample is arriving, no reply as well. That is why I made two requests and apparently, they indeed received the earlier request and it was sent to me.
All fine is fine, the other related samples I asked for came and were correct, ranging from hot pink metallic to black PVC... But the unfortunate thing was... sheesh. Just the only thing which I can't afford to get wrong... they sent the wrong Neoprin.
Instead of this Neoprin:
http://spandexworld.com/c3/catalog/product/4661
I was sent this one instead, which is quite evident from the picture I took:
http://spandexworld.com/c3/catalog/product/4612
Had to call them up again and to bring to their attention that the material was wrong so please send the right one this time hehe. I'm really anticipating the second sample set because... I asked for over 40+ samples. Well... keep it hush (on the contrary) as they only allow 12 samples per customer. I picked almost 50 (from metallic, to velvet to PVC ^_^) and call them up to ask if that will be a problem. Very unexpectedly, they agreed and for free too (was initially about to pay $15 for express as they're too slow -__-) which is great. I just hope they don't send the wrong fabric sample this time. Fingers crossed.
>>INTERESTING FINDING HERE ^_^ <<
Oh on hindsight, the "wrong" Neoprin does tell me a lot about their Neoprin. From the picture I took above and the picture on their website, indeed the surface seems rough on one side, the other side is quite smooth. Well of course the Neoprin which we set our eyes upon has both sides smooth~ I was just pointing out a cool thingy... This Neoprin is rather thick as well... ok in fact its the thickest lycra I've come accross so far... nowonder its $10 per yard. How it feels like... thats the nice part. It feels rubbery on the smooth side and rough on the ...rough side. I looked at it under the light and its very very... very opaque. More so than 10z Spandex... might be because it is so thick. As for its colour, this one is kinda dark... it is in the RIGHT COLOUR, but a little dark. If it were much lighter, it will be just perfect. Since the correct Neoprin looks lighter in the picture, I've high hopes that it will be the right one. Now I'm really looking forward to verify the correct Neoprin once and for all and quickly order the new zentai suits ^_^ very excited.
Oh if you are interested in this and still haven't ordered from me yet, please do so in this forum topic. Please remember to state your height and weight. Details in the forum topic:
http://wyu.ulmb.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=487&start=0
Did another project today. A recent discussion topic brought my attention back to something which I have been planning on making but haven't got the time to make. Can you guess what it is? I put up a video previously to showcase the effects of this "doll upgrade" project... but I think it looks too skimpy in a tight shirt and pantsu~>_<; So unfortunately I took it off... for private viewing only ^_^
It is made from foam and very simple to make as you can see from the picture. Its effect... phew would love to show you but I can't find an appropriate place to post the video up. Its not show casing a new costume or new mask... its just... an upgraded doll body... which has a little... nudity @_@;
I'll try to find a place to put it up then~^_^

Two updates today~^_^
After a long pause, I've finally put pictures into a new gallery~^_^ Which is the Ignis debut gallery. There are a number of pictures that I will like to keep them easily accessible to visitors in the debut shoot. It also has two videos as well, which I thought would be a waste if I don't put a link to them in the gallery~^_^
In the up coming days, I suppose whenever I have some spare time, I will spent it by putting up galleries. There has been quite a few shoots with sizable number of images which I can think of, the bunny suit, Tifa, Meer Campbell... phew quite a number.
For kigurumi cosplayers and fans alike, I have put up a new thread in the forum yesterday to see if anyone wants to make a combined purchase with me to obtain a high quality material zentai sutiable for kigurumi uses. I have posted the topic which talks about it in detail here:
http://wyu.ulmb.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&p=5397#p5397
If you are interested, please confirm your request in the thread and I will close the order maybe in mid week or at the end of this week.
You're expected to send me the money for the purchase through PayPal before I place the order^_^ ... just in case you need to make arrangements.
Well... how the suit may look like would be something like the one found at:
http://wkwk.jpn.org/wkwk_images/koyori/01/000001.html
Rights reserved to its owner~^_^
Its much cheaper than 50% off from the known prices, so if you are looking for one, don't wait until it is too late~^_^ Details in forums.
The second update I want to talk about is a new fanart sent in by Ziyan Miao. Also a Singaporean. Wonder has he already joined the forums. Do drop by the fanart gallery to check it out~^_^ Its theme is based on Winter's lolita angel photoshoot.
Don't forget to drop by the new gallery and the fanart gallery. I hope you like the pictures, thank you~^_^

Shinku custom T-fa model mask completed.
Just finished working on the Shinku mask customisation from the T-fa model. Hmm turn out rather satisfactory to me. Its all done and all that is left is for the new owner not to screw up in the acquiring of the costume hehe... should be fine I guess...
The final outcome can be seen in the thread below, or click on the Shinku mask image. Hope to get some comments and feedback from you if you don't mind~^_^
http://wyu.ulmb.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=474
As for the other T-fa model mask (the red head), I'm kinda still waiting for its orange wig to arrive at my doorsteps. Since it is a weekend now, I can only wait until the following Monday to check my mail box to see if it is here.
I'll put the updates up once that other mask is undergoing "construction" too. Won't take long once I get the hair, its all about a few hour's work~^_^
Oh not forgetting, I've gotten some head dress for the chinese traditional wear. Hopefully on this weekend I will be able to put it to some use~^_^
Stay tuned~^_^

Meer in traditional chinese robe/gown~^_^
Hi everyone,
Been good I hope. Thank you once again for your kind support to my blog and to my forums (www.kigurumicosplay.com/phpBB3).
I did a Meer Campbell brief shoot today in a new costume. Its a pink traditional chinese robe worn by maidens in ancient China. It is not necessary a wealthy family's attire, everyone wears this back then, only more or less intricate and sophisticated are the designs. Hehe... this design... I guess would be more towards a nobleman's family stature.
Oh before that, did anyone noticed anything different with Meer? I did a small modification to the mask~^_^
Its made from silk, chiffon, lace and satin... it came with several bands of chiffon and I almost had no idea what goes where. Good thing I had a Yukata and I recalled that the bands were for fastening each layer of the robe~^_^
I intend to take more pictures and perhaps a video.
But I'm not sure if the hair is right... looks a little plain.
Perhaps everyone can chip in and give me some ideas on what I can use as hair decoration and not expensive at the same time~^_^ Of course it has to look good too~^_^
Click on the first image in this blog post to take you to the forum where you can give me suggestions. Thank you~<3~^_^
**By the way, have you changed your links to point to www.kigurumicosplay.com yet? ^_^? I'll be phasing out the current wyu.ulmb.com soon~**

Pink top test video upZ~^_^
Added a new video of the Yoko mask, in the Meer Campbell customisation. Posted a number of photos of this costume a couple of weeks ago. Didn't put on Meer's signature star shaped hairpin for this video... I feel it didn't really matter hehe. Used the new camera angle... wanted to see if its ok or not. This angle of video is video from the digital camera. The camera is a full HD digital camera, probably the first of its kind... the videos it takes lags even when played on my fairly new computer. So video editing is a little troublesome. The other thing is that its in portrait view, so it turns up 90 degrees rotated in the computer. Its kinda a hassle and slows the rendering process further to re-render a rotated and down sized version. hehe~^_^;
Well... other things which I'm busy with is the making of two new T-fa modelled masks. They are both customised differently. I suppose no one has seen the T-fa mask in another except for the Tifa customisation. If you're curious how they would turn out, then same thoughts here. Both masks are in the process of finishing (polishing), one is almost completed and ready to paint. I'll get them both ready to be painted simultaneously... might need a couple of days of work for that. The hair has arrived for one of them too~ hehe... so are the eyes.
Stay tuned for more updates~^_^
Don't forget to rate and comment on the video~ Thank you~!!!~<3

T-fa test video. Black and white lolita dress
Added a new video today, its the video of the zentai-less T-fa cosplay in the black and white lolita dress.
I just realised that I haven't made a video for the T-fa mask yet. I guess it is about time I put this one up~^_^
I really ought to put at least a couple more videos of the T-fa mask so that interested buyers can have something to look at when deciding which mask to buy. Come to think of it, even the Yoko mask doesn't have a proper video >_<
Eeeks... kinda shoddy and late in the work.
Hehe, some of you may noticed that there is a little stray hair falling down the side... Well, first videos sometimes tend to be a problem as all these masks are the first of its kind~^_^ Think I'll fix it before the next time I use it.
So, what do you all think of the T-fa mask? Hehe, may I ask that you leave a comment and rating if you are not in too much or a hurry~^_^ Enjoy~

Have your bookmarks point to www.kigurumicosplay.com yet?
Been a little busy with work and a couple mask orders. As some of you may be aware, I have gotten myself a domain name which is www.kigurumicosplay.com
It is about time I thought since wyu.ulmb.com is kinda not really a domain name hehe... If only a couple years back there were good webspace providers alike to nowdays which provides a complimentary domain name when you sign up for paid hosting with them. Now most people will find inertia in going to the new address since you're all already used to this one. The visitor which I'm most concerned about when doing this name change is Mr. Google... as he will surely complain how he will need to do crawl all over the new address again.
Another thing which caught my attention is the spread of swine flu. Hmm its seemingly not as deadly as the previous epidemic of SARS, but it is clear that this flu spreads much quicker and easier than SARS. There has already been hundreds and many countries entering the thousands of infeected cases. The situation is fairly minor at where I live, but I'm sure some of you may be living in countries with more severe spreads. So I wish all dear visitors to take care of themselves and be extra vigilant of the situation. Pay attention to the news and your own health condition.
As for me, I decided to go into Doll Mode to shelter out till the end of the epidemic. Well, dolls are made of plastic so we can't catch diseases can we~^_^ Below are a few pictures of me sitting around waiting for the epidemic spread to end.
Been waiting for quite some time until I started to fall over. Still waiting...
Reports says that it won't be over soon and might go on for a few years so I guess I'll be lying around for some time. If you see me covered in dust, do give me a dust down.
What is your, or are your ultimate last resort plans to counter the swine flu?
Talk about it in the forums if you have some interesting idea to share hehe~^_^
Hehe... the remaining pictures of T-fa cosplaying in the black and white lolita costume are ready. I even took a video, but I haven't even got time to look at it yet. Meantime, here are the pictures, I hope you like them and don't forget to check out the mask making thread updates in the forums as well as other interesting discussions going on~^_^

Zentai-less Kigurumi cosplay~ Black and white T-fa
Hmm, will kigurumi cosplay be fine without a zentai? I suppose if the suit is completely covered from head to toe, it doesn't really make a difference does it? What if it is only 97% covered from head to toe? Well I did a cosplay today of T-fa in the lolita dress and kept the colour in the attire to only black and white hehe~
But it is unique this time as no zentai was worn. Hehe... did a short short live show after that and some viewers did managed to spot that~
I was initially looking for my skin toned hood but I couldn't find it... I guess I just have to do it bare neck then >_<; Well, without zentai, the costume is in contact with the body. Its alot less restricting in feel, and i guess its fairly comfortable. One less layer of glove meant that typing was also easier too. In fact, the zentai fingers are usually harder to type with since its thicker than normal gloves~^_^ Another occasion where I cosplayed zentai-less was the Asuka plugsuit. It doesn't make sense to wear a the skin coloured bodysuit when it is not possible to see it at all, I couldn've worn a blue, a black or gold suit and no one would see it. Hehe, only if you want to feel extra restricted in the plugsuit would you do that~^_^
I've posted some images taken today below. As usual these are the speed releases, I haven't got all the images prepared yet. T-fa looked like a toy doll >_<...

I've posted some images taken today below. As usual these are the speed releases, I haven't got all the images prepared yet. T-fa looked like a toy doll >_<...

Please note the following updates~^_^
Hi everyone, phew... its been really busy busy busy.
I thought that the website was pretty much done the other day then I realised that there were some problems faced by members. So I went back to the drawing board and did another rather large renovation and now it is almost done.
Please DO NOT visit the links page for the time being, it is kinda messed up~^_^; I promise I'll get it fixed as soon as I can~
As usual, if you saw this message, please give me your feedback here:
http://wyu.ulmb.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=361
Please do not hesitate to tell me anything which is even the slightest amiss.
I'm still finding it a little short of perfect and will be making small changes shortly, and your input will be most appreciated ^_^
Another update. I have registered for a domain name so I will slowly start to use the URL http://www.kigurumicosplay.com from now on. The previous URL http://wyu.ulmb.com is still operational, but eventually, it will be changed into the new URL completely~^_^
The other thing I was busy with was the silicone mold for the new mask. The mold has cured, took less than 6 hours actually. Pretty quick but I let it sit for over 12 hours. There were a few dimples here and there which I've filled and repaired.
I've talked more about the mold in the new mask making thread (silicone mold) click on the image to visit there~^_^
