Modified C2 mask customisation and refurbishing completed.

Eee... I think I kinda fell in love with the mask now...
So far I only called it the modified C2 mask... which is doing it a lot of injustice @_@... I think I'll think of a name to call this model of the mask so that I can better refer to it... and sell it.
Oh wait while writing, I have thought of a name... presenting the Ignis mask~^_^

Whoever is otaku-ish enough to guess how I got that name, I'll hmm.. give you a small reward. I have posted the comments and some refurbishing report for the hair for this mask. More revision of the sculpt

After close observation... I can't find anything off.
Turned out that the photoshop comparison method is really really far from accurate. It would probably be helpful in the estimation in a 50/50 reliability.

I felt that the face was a little squashed horizontally... thought I ought to lengthen the lower half the the head a little... so I went on and did that. I compared the headform to the original Yu mask and realised that the Yu mask's chin is actually very elongated. I wanted to get the sizing right this time, about the Yu's head size would be perfect.

Did some changes elsewhere to the eyes (enlarged them a little) and raised the nose and cheeks. I even dug out the whole mouth... ouchie and filled it up higher and rounder, then drew on a new mouth. After that, smoothed out the sides to hide where the clay joined.
Hmm better leave the rest of the discusion for the forums or there would be nothing left the say~ ^_^

What do you think of this figure?

Well seeing how quiet it has been, I just wrote a little update of what I have been up to lately. Been browsing the web and Danny Choo then I came across this figure on display at the Winter Expo in Japan from a new novel originated game by Hobby Japan known as Hyakka- Ryoran. Fell in love with the look of this figure... Its cute ain't it ~^_^

I wondered, wouldn't it be great if I can make a kigurumi mask that can make a person look like her~ Nice idea may that seem... but I think its gonna be really really hard. Nevertheless, this is a nice figurine to try and replicate a model from.

In all my sculpting attempts, I think one of the most important thing I need to find during research is a good figure or model that I can try to learn its shape and form from. Well not every figure would be suitable, and once in a while you come across a nice looking figurine that would be just right for an attempt at turning it into a mask.

Well, I would say that I haven't got the enough skills even now but what I have learnt from experience up to the present is all I got to face this challenge. I learnt what my mistakes are each time I make a mask, and by putting in what I've learnt into future masks I make, I try to make them look better.

I also know that each time something is replicated, some similarity is lost. Well... thats a drag since I really would like to make the mask identical to the shape of the face below. Well the hair problem can be worried about later ^^

Well its hmm really really... er... draft-fy . Not sure how much more revisions I need to get it to look more similiar. Hehe.. I've got some new tricks that I'm waiting to try and that should take the masks to a whole new level (I hope its a whole new level better, not for worse lol >_<) But it all has to come after I finish properly sculpting this head.

Hmm... would be nice if I can look like tha character in the image above... Imagine that~^^; Oh I'm only borrowing the look, there shouldn't be any problem with that right? I don't intend to cosplay her, just using her as my model ^_^

A good day everyone~<3>_<... Yeap, still haven't pretty much shorted the images out. Thinking about images just made me think about the videos as well... Phew... updating of a website is like a full time job. Only if it will bring me income @_@ There is an easter well wishes thread in the forums. Took time to make these things ~_~

Oh, hmm the white PVC bunny suit seem to be much softer than the black PVC one... The black PVC one being thicker, was less stretchy and thus showing less stretched marks. The white on the other hand was a much thinner material.... not sure why ~_~
So the creases formed a little bit more obvious on it. Hmm or perhaps it is because the white suit is in a colour where creases are more easily spotted. Perhaps either... but honestly, I've sewn the suit into a much small and tigher fitting then the black one already~
Well hehe... maybe C2 just has a smaller body ^^

Yeap and after thinking a little, not sure if its the best option (I do have white fishnets) I chose to use black nylons to give the suit a contrast.

The easter egg C2 is carry is not a prop -__-...
Its a real chocolate easter egg I found... in a store somewhere @_@
Its the largest I can find around town... and indeed its huge isn't it? Its comparable to the size of C2's head. Oh yeah on the box of the egg, it wrote 1KG easter egg ^^
Being hollow and all, its actually qutie a handful to carry. When taking the photoshoot, I tried my best not to let it slip off my zentai clad fingers. It can be so frictionless sometime~ Wouldn't want to drop it or sure it will break.

Okie... now that the two previes are out, I'll take my time to do up the gallery and the videos.
Hopefully I find time from my habit of slacking and actually do up the gallery.
Then back to the question of... what to cosplay next... hmm ^_^??

Easter photoshoot preview starts. Oh... HAPPY EASTER~!!!

Hi hi everyone,
Its already easter, and I think I won't be able to make it in time to finish the entire gallery before the day is over, so I guess I can put up the pitures bit by bit. Just the Yu photographs alone I had to pic from 150 images and I haven't counted the C2 images >_<.

At this time, I won't have any C2 bunny girl to post as I haven't even looked at the photos much. But just so that the images are debut at the right time, Yu will keep you entertained for the time being~^_^ Got a really long gallery in mind with images and videos to edit for both Yu and C2 and also that gallery. I'm pretty excited to open the gallery myself so I'll try to do everything soon okie~? Still thinking how to layout the gallery, to put all pictures in one gallery or two sub galleries... any preferences and good reasons to support them??

For many, this easter break is a good time for rest and play. Its kinda sad that I can't give Daza and Casey a visit even when I initially wanted to >_< I'll be missing all the fun this easter T_T. What is everyone planning on doing this easter? Travelling? Resting at home? Visiting an attraction? I'll probably be doing all.

How about this for an idea, if you went somewhere fun or interesting and you'v taken some pictures, why not post them in the forum so that you can show it~^_^ Its a good reason to talk about something afterall~
And oh dear lurkers, please don't lurk so much, come up for air sometime~ The forums are kept alive by everyone so please say something okie?
