New mask up for sale~

Hi everybody~
I've just finished the lastest mask and its up for grabs.
The mask making process for paper clay masks are also completed. I'll say its almost routine to mask making, not much difference between the making of the two.

Its Valentine's Day today~
How is everyone feeling?
For some it is a meaningful day to spend with a loved ones or friends and for others its just another day. What is it for you?~

Yu's bright pink foil dress gallery has been opened to mark Valentine's Day 2009, as promised ^^ I initially took pictures in the pinf foil dress just for fun. Turns out that its just nice an attire to open a gallery on Valentine's day. Its only a small gallery, I hope you don't mind.

There are s few new things I wore to take this shoot.
Firstly, the zentai is new. I dyed it to a fresh new light peach tone. It will be the same colour and texture for the ones I ship with my masks to anyone who buys them~^_^
I got the person whom I always bought zentai from to send me a few small pieces of zentai material so that I can feel each one. I think this is the closest and most suitable for mimicking painted flash tone for anime characters~

Well the second new thing I experimented with is the bustline technique. I tried to improve it a little more... what do you think about it~hmm. Hehe... even though its a new method, lets not dwell on this topic.

Then, the pink foil dress is new too. New foil attires are so nice to wear and they look so shiny~ Its almost like wearing liquid metal hehe :P
The sheen is always the nicest before the attire gets aged and the foil matter starts falling off. And best of all, the dress is tight and figure hugging ^^
The dress came in a complete set, socks gloves and a halter neck dress skirt. One of my favourite simple costume yet... probably would be using these pretty often on live since its so easy to put on~

Do write and chat in the forums. The new mask is almost about done. I can't wait to see how its going to turn out. Actually, I'm not sure if I still prefer closed mouth masks or smiling mouth ones... hmm

Valentine's Day is just 3 more days to go, have you got your plans all set?
Mine are much prepared hehe... hope it turns out fantastic for everyone~

I've got a few decorated pictures here which I'll be adding to the "soon to be opened" gallery~^_^
Yu as a pink valentine's gallery will be opened on the 14th Feb to mark Valentine's day this year~^_^
I'll talk about the costume when that time comes.

It has just been past the full 15 days of the Chinese Lunar New Year.
I've been fully occupied during this time... visiting and reuniting with relatives and friends.
What have you been up to lately?
I saw that slowly one by one mask makers are contributing their mask making attempts in the gallery. Did those of you who wanted to make a mask made use of the holidays in the recent time effectively? hehe~ Just curious.

Talking about mask making, I've just lacquered the sculpted headform tonight.
Phew~ >_<... the hardest part of making any mask is always the sculpting and the sanding and lacquering of the sculpture. Once its perfected then the rest is alot relaxing. The headform this time use about 12 packets of 1kg blocks of clay. Carrying it around and rotating it on my laps when sanding it does make me work out... and the dust... >_<
Then the clay used this time is fibrous... fuzzy after sanding.
The lacquering took a while to get done since after every coat, the hairs from the fibers stood up -___-
Oh well, anyway its so far so good...
Oh yar... please visit the thread in the forums to look at the progress so far~^_^
I'll be working each stage closely so speed things up a little... don't forget to tell me your comments~^_^
