A passive friend has joined my site~

Hi everyone, I've recently adopted google adsense to help me a little with my finances... thinking of all sort of ways to help fund my projects and hobby now~^^ The google ads are really well designed I feel, in a non intrusive, passive form. They just sit there, and once in a while people click them and I get a little token of appreciation from google hehe ^_^. May I encourage you that if an advertisement seem to be of an interest to you, why not visit the advertiser's site and browse around. You might find what you are looking for. By patronising my advertisers it helps me a long way too. ~ hehe and meantime I'll keep trying my best okie~^_^

As promised, I have another portion of pictures of Ignis cosplaying as Asuka Langley that I wanted to post. Hmm I kind of found that close up shots seems to look better than full body shots what do you think? With the additional pictures added today, it will make a total of 30 images. I have an almost equal number of close up and full body shot pictures, but I handpicked 30 of the nicers ones and found that the majority are close up shots. Might be because that the plugsuit is so detailed that I find it quite interesting to look at close up.

Not sure what is it I see in Asuka and her red plugsuit, she has been one of my favourite, if not the most favourite anime character. However the drawings portraying Asuka are all so soo skinny, its pratically aneroxic lol... Its really hard for a normal person to become so skinny and still live hehe. Might be that such a figure wearing a red shiny tight full high tech suit that attracts me so much. I suppose cosplaying as Asuka is the closest I can get to know how it is like for her to move around in the plugsuit. It is indeed a very unrestricting and comfortable bodywear that I would wear to do battle with angels anytime~^_^ At the same time, it is so gorgeous, and cool looking, its almost sensual to admire. Nothing is close enough to describe my fondness of Asuka~ What about you, are you an Asuka fan too?

I'm trying a new style lately, which I am quite hesitant to do... which is to post images on this blog and not so much in the gallery. The main reason is to save time. I really want my gallery to grow, so perhaps once in a while, I'll take some time to put the images I put up on the blog into the gallery. This way, I will be able to put pictures up sooner and do more play instead of work. I hope you enjoy the pictures below, Ignis cosplays in Asuka langley's official red plugsuit~^_^

New video added~ Ignis cosplays Asuka

It has been a very very busy week. Both in kigurumi and social, personal life. Can feel some stress and tension build up... so I asked jdionio for permission to use the Ignis mask to do some escapism. Hmm didn't I say I didn't do kigurumi for that in the forums. Guess here I mean to relax and have dun forgetful fun. Did a live chat as Ignis cosplaying Asuka Langley from Evangelion. I've already posted some of the pictures taken in my earlier reply, I intend to put up more as soon as I get the chance.

Everything seemed to fall in place with Ignis cosplaying Asuka, she just seem very Asuka-ish once the plugsuit is put on. Must be the red hair. Spent a few hours chatting and socialising with the online community to try and spread the kigurumi culture to random visitors to my chat room. Seems to get a lot of approvals from the viewers. Just trying to do my part~ (Well and a fair share of kicks and bans too lol) It has been a long time since the Asuka plugsuit has been worn, its really a very "correct" costume. I've kinda forgotten how hardcore I was to get the perfect plugsuit during that time that I got altogether about 3 matt plugsuit torso sections (which the tailor failed and resend) and a completely full metallic shiny number 02 plugsuit. These days, funding and drive to do new costumes for cosplay are not as much as before... kinda enjoy making masks more now. Perhaps once the T-fa mask is completed and I'm heaps tired from all the physical mask making work, I'll focus more on cosplay again.

Hmm something aside from the topic... Ignis isn't really Asuka, otherwise Asuka's German background would have helped a lot. Can't seem to summon her when I need her help. There is an email in Deutsch which I don't quite understand. I was wondering... if anyone who manages to see this message knows Deutsch AND English, and can help me explain what the email sender is trying to say to me. The message is below.

There is a (I think) automatically translated version in english below, but it doesn't contain information clear enough. Thank you if you can help ^_^

Ignis cosplays Soryu Asuka Langley

Ignis didn't like the idea of disappearing into oblivion so I got permission from jdionio to allow Ignis another chance to have some fun. Thought of what character might Ignis match my already existing storage of character costumes and realised why not do Asuka instead. Asuka is definitely one of my favourite anime characters. She's so hot in the plugsuit and the red hair clips makes her look really cute... like neko mimis~^_^

So I decided to turn Ignis into Asuka. Good thing the permanent hair fixing technique doesn't fit hair sligthly after the front, the hair is still soft and I can still easily slide Asuka's pair of synchro aid hair clips on~ The truth is, it is way easier attaching these clips on the newer model masks than the Yu mask. Thats cos the shape of the head of the newer model masks are more realistic. I would reckon that almost any accessory can be put into the hair with more ease. Come to think of it, the bunny ears were easier to put onto the C2 mask's head than Yu's head. The Yu mask is half egg shaped... have to look at the very first mask making thread to see a picture of the Yu mask lying there. Though somehow... it looks fine on her head... perhaps the cute face cancels the weird hair piece positions.

Might think of some headgears for the masks next time, just realised that its another form of craft that can be considered. Anyways~ took heaps of images of Ignis Asuka~^_^ Didn't have time to post more pics up, I'll do so tomorrow perhaps.
Meantime, I've put about 8 pics for preview, enjoy~^^

Mask sale page redecorated~

I've put up the new masks for sale and redesigned the mask sale page. Do check out the specials link to see if the mask on special interests you ^_^

Anyone here good at designing websites? Want to give me some advice on which I can furthur improve the layout or even make the modifications for me? I'll be sure to give you credit hehe~.

I've decided that all the new masks I make will have permanently afixed hair. It is a lot more easier to manage when in public or even at home as the hair style is always right. I'm just waiting for new hair to arrive so that I can see how permanently styled hair will look like on the Yoko mask. However, making the hair permanently style meant that the wig cannot be kept easily in bags or wig heads as easily as before if you remove them. Though it makes the changeable hair feature a little harder to use in practice, it is nevertheless still possible to easily change hair or replace damaged hair. The only mask which I think shouldn't use permament hair styling will be the Yu mask. The head shape is such that a single normal wig fits well and falls well around it. Hmm... and it only needs 1 wig that comes straight out from the package. All the new mask's wigs needs to be modified, cut and rejoined before they can go onto the mask's top. Still can't replicated 100% of the Yu mask's versatile feature. Well an alien gave it to me so its very much mystical technology to me (hehe I just wanted to say that) afterall.

Will be spending the next few days trying to finish the T-fa mask... this will take a while. I really hope it turns out well, I think I need a little break from making masks for a while. Oh if you're looking for a kigurumi mask to purchase, please don't look further. Help me support my work a little and I guarrantee you a sexy and beautiful mask to make your kig experience the best~^_^

Ignis final preview.

Took two shoots in the Ignis mask customised for jdinio and won't be doing anymore until I make my own Ignis mask >_<. Mask making has been really fun afterall, as you learn technique by technique never afraid to assimilate good ideas and improve upon them. The best part is when you fnish the mask and put it on. Then you see for youself how you progress with each mask you make.

The second shoot for the Ignis mask is a lingerie/bikini set. Wanted to see how the mask look without costuming to enhance the cuteness. This test also covers how the mask will look with wearer in tight fitting clothes. Tight fitting clothes are less lenient on enhancing one's figure and the overall look might look very different than in costume.

I'm currently doing up the new mask sale page, trying to get it to look more a little more organised and provide more information. I'm making a special discount section as I have a few prototype designs I plan on selling. Well, this includes the original Yoko mask and some masks with specific coloured wigs as I have some spare wigs from previous sales and purchases. Do drop in to have a look a the slight redecorations, pick one you like if you have the money~^_^ I'll be busy refurbishing the Yoko and Ignis headforms and finishing up the T-fa mask. After all that is done and perfected, I then need to think of how I am going to clone the Yu mask for preservation purposes. Hehe... no plans for selling the Yu mask yet~

The pics below will be the last you see of the red haired Ignis I reckon, enjoy~

Ignis mask official

Hmm kinda sudden, but I decided that the Ignis mask is good enough for mass duplication. It somewhat took away some of my interest in quickly finishing up the T-fa mask @_@... bummer. What a time to lose motivation. I did test shots on photograph in tight fitting and cosplay clothings and videos to see how they look resting on a person's neck. It looks fine to me... It has the sexy look.

Is anyone watching the TV Series Kamen Rider Decade right now? It is because the Ignis mask kinda remind me of the female friend of Decade Natsumi Hikari who travels with him. She has a very pouted lips and nose~<3. Have to really watch the show to see how cute she is in motion^_^ I've taken two photoshoots in the Ignis mask and I'm posting the pictures of the first one here. The costume is the red lolita maid/waitress uniform (one of my fave/cute one) which is almost not showing skin when worn. I swapped the thigh high socks for thigh high boots as I didn't want to bother with wearing garters to keep the socks up. The boots won't have the problem of sliding down.

I will put up the Ignis model mask for sale in the mask sale page shortly and the models which will be taken off are the C2 and Tess models. I no longer have the headform for the C2 mask as I turned it into the Ignis headform, I will have to cast the finished C2 head in order to make another one of it, but I think its not ideal since the shape is not optimal. As for the Tess mask, I still have the original headform, but it also didn't have the latest features. I will talk more about the Ignis mask in the forum thread which I started for it (http://wyu.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=customisations&action=display&thread=450&page=1). I don't think I'll take anymore pictures for the current customisation as I don't want to soil it before shipping it off. The two photo shoots taken of it will the only ones. The rest will depend on the buyer. Don't forget to visit the thread to find out news on the Ignis mask.

I have also created a video to show the Ignis mask in motion. If you're unsure if photographs shows everything, this video would help a little more to demonstrate the mask. Its not long but it is long enough a clear preview. If you want to understand it even better, you would have to hold it in your hands.

Below are the pictures of the Ignis mask in the lolita fashion. Enjoy
